After sales service - face to face purchases

If you have purchased an item from one of our events and experience any problems, please contact Curous Cat Creative, preferably by e-mail.  Curious Cat Creative will do everything possible to resolve your problem or query.

Data use/Privacy:-

Personal data will only be used to provide you with the service you have requested.  Data will not be stored for any longer than necessary. Information you have provided will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent.  

Your online payment will be taken 'off site' within the Paypal system and therefore no financial information will be collected or stored by Curious Cat Creative. 

If you have provided your e-mail address in order to receive monthly mailing list updates it will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.  You can be removed from the mailing list at anytime by contacting us.

 

Delivery timescales:-

In stock items will normally be processed within 3 working days.  An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your order and again once your item/s are posted. 

If an item is out of stock or is being made to your personal specifications it will normally be processed within 5 working days.  An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your order and again once your item/s are posted. 

If there is a delay to the above timescales, you will be informed as soon as possible with an option to cancel your order if the revised timescales are not acceptable to you.

 

Disclaimer - important information about our products:-

All products have been carefully produced for the purpose they were intended.  All leather parts have been treated with a water resistant top finish. However, none of the items should be immersed in water. Leather is a natural product which may show signs of wear with continued use.

Items are intended for adult use and should not be given to children under the age of 3 years of age.

Items are handmade from natural leather and as a result if you order 2 or more of the same item there may be subtle differences.  For example this could be due to texture or dye absorbtion.  However, all efforts are made to reproduce each item as accurately as possible.  If you are unhappy upon receipt you may make use of our return policy. Please see below for further information.

Jewellery should always be removed before swimming, bathing or showering.  It is recommended that no beauty products, makeup, perfume, hairspay etc are allowed to come into contact with our products as this could damage the protective coating.

We have made every effort to photograph items clearly in order to show their true colours.  However, as the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee your display will accurately reflect the colour of the item.

All sizes and measurements quoted are approximate.

Postage:-

Postage costs include packaging and recorded delivery. 

UK Rates are as follows:-

1-3 items £2.50, 4-6 items £3.00, 7- 10 items £3.50, 11-15 items £4.00, 16 items or more £4.50

If you require an item to be posted outside the UK please contact by e-mail for postage costs before completing payment for your order.

 

Returns/refund policy - online orders:-

Curious Cat Creative hope that you will be pleased with your puchase.  If you are not, you may return your item/s in an unused condition for a refund, within 14 days of receipt.  Please note that return postage costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for specific instructions and refund code.  We will abide by current legislation to ensure refunds are processed within 30 days.

 

Exemptions to the above:- Items that have been specifically personallised to your requirements are not covered under the returns/refund policy unless damaged or faulty.
